Our resident chef brings exquisite artisan cuisine to North Bowl that will surprise all palates. Using sustainable meat and local produce to hand craft each dish, bowlers are in for a special treat! Our menu caters to any dietary need or restriction. Items range from healthy, vegan salads, and fresh summer rolls to our signature sliders, tots and mac n’ cheese. New delicious, seasonal specials offered weekly! We have 12 rotating draft selections with an emphasis on curating at least 8 unique drafts and local beers, specialty cocktails and vintage wine selections.

We love hops with a bright, citrus-heavy character. We always wondered what it would be like to punch up the citrus while maintaining a crisp hop bite and balance. The result is this new take on the hoppy pale ale brewed with Cascade, Equinox, and Mandarina hops with a hint of orange peel from additions in both the brew kettle and the fermenter that tweak the classic hop profile and add a zesty pop of bright orange flavor.
